Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Marie Selby Botanical Gardens

Join us for a rare behind-the-scenes opportunity at Selby Gardens.

Learn about the cutting-edge scientific work at the Plant Research Center. Discover  Selby Gardens’ outstanding preserved plant collections. Tour the Research Library, with its thousands of holdings on plant sciences and ecology, horticulture, and ecology, including rare books and botanical prints dating back to the 1700s. Hear about Selby’s DNA and molecular biology research and the green technology and sustainability features that make Selby Gardens an innovative net-positive complex.

After the tour, you may choose to enjoy the annual Orchid Show and explore the public areas of the Gardens.  Or, join us for an optional self-funded lunch nearby at PF Chang’s.

• $25  discounted admission fee for non-members who register.
• Arrive at 9:45 a.m. to check in for our 10 a.m. tour.
